01 Project Requirement

02 My role in the process
As a Senior Designer I led the enhancement of user experiences, specifically addressing user dissatisfaction with unsolicited calls. Together with the Project Manager, we developed the billing feature, overseeing the design process from low-fidelity to high-fidelity prototypes.
With the Project Manager
We worked closely from the beginning, identifying what user wants and their pain points and refining the feature through continuous feedback, testing, and research.
With the Engineers
Our collaboration ensured that the designs were technically feasible and effectively implemented, allowing for future development and optimize performance.
With Stakeholder
Regular updates and presentation to clear demonstrations of the project’s. Collecting feedback and resources from stakeholders.
05 Learnings
Through this project, I deepened my understanding of the critical role of stakeholder collaboration and regulatory compliance in project management software design. Successfully design the complex billing page has not only improved my strategic planning and problem-solving skills but also enhanced my technical proficiency in working within existing API systems. These experiences have equipped me with invaluable skills and insights that will guide my approach to future UX/UI projects, particularly in regulated industries.
